It’s crazy too because even a somewhat half assed support model would have been passable. A couple of new schematics a season, new enemies, a new map or two, just the bare minimum and I would have said “hey, for a rushed $70 DLC it’s not the worst”, but instead we literally got nothing. Whatever season dropped the dog bone and gold plates is the only half decent new content addition we got
This, this is why I’m actually refusing to buy Black Ops 6. I genuinely feel like Activision scammed everyone by giving them a game that, AT MOST, had a year of development (and it shows) and tried to pass it off as a product deserving of $70
I think it’s fine. It was an experimental mode that had no expectation of widespread success. Let them test out some new ideas. Gave us zombies content in a year that there wasn’t supposed to be any. Now they’re working on the game we’re all actually waiting for. All good.
