I just get this ddr4 from galax (hof), 10 layers 1,4V xmp mode

Trying to have less than 40ns, my friend told me dont change the second number RAS# to CAS# , keep 19 or it’s instable
So far no errors with memtest pro

How to know die type

Raise DRAM voltage to 1.55V at least. Raise memory frequency, try to target 4800.
B-die can typically just floor tRAS to 28 on Skylake. While tCL and tRCD/tRP are more voltage/speed sensitive.
If you have trouble, adjust VCCIO and VCCSA. VCCIO should be kept at or below 1.35V, while VCCSA tends to just scale up to at least 1.50V. not all CPUs can handle 4800 with B-die, so you might “only” reach 4533 or 4600.
Make sure tRRDS is 4, and tFAW is 16. tRRDL might be able to go to 4 as well, but it depends on your sticks and the speed.
Make sure to lock in tCWL before moving on to tertiary timings. As it effects tWRRD_sg/_dg as well as tWRPRE.
For tertiary timings you can ignore any ending in _dr or _dd, as you have single rank memory. _sg and _dg timings do matter however, particularly RDRD and WRWR.
tWRPRE depends on tCWL, but should be able to reach tCWL +20 at the very least, as low as possible is the target.
tRDPRE should at least be able to reach 8, but lower is obviously better.
Finally, RTL and IOL timings make a significant impact. Whether you tweak using IOL offset to improve training characteristics, or manually adjust IOL and RTL values is up to you.
