I found my max boost speed was 2820 on my 4090. So I undervolted it to 1.000v at 2820 max w/ +1800 on memory and +33% power. Though it will likely never use more than 500 watts. The result is a 4090 that has 6 FPS increase over the average 4090 SteelNomad score all while sipping power. Average wattage during the test was 370, peaking at 483. You can follow [this guide](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WjYH6oVb2Uw) for under volting, though he sets his boost speed at 9.75 volts instead.

But why? If u can afford a 4090 I think u can afford a couple extra dollars in energy costs. The only good reason is noise imo
