I’ve had this happen for years in my gaming laptop. You shouldn’t be worried but it can get pretty irritating.

My computer used to do this until I reinstalled windows. R5 2600 and rtx 2070, just on windows 11 pro.

Looks like a driver/software issue to me. Usually GPU failures are much more dramatic.
