RAM Not Running At The Speed Set In BIOS

Hey guys,

I have a G.Skill Trident Z Neo 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3800 CL14 Memory Kit and I want to set the speed in bios to get my ram running at the right speed. I went into the BIOS and set the memory frequency to 3,800 MHz and then set the FCLK frequency to 1,900 MHz. Now after setting the ram speed in BIOS to the memory frequency of 3,800 MHz and the FCLK frequency to 1,900 MHz, I get the speed of 2,133 MHz on my computer. For some reason setting the memory frequency in BIOS is not the same as what my computer is running at. Does anybody know what the problem could be?
