I did some testing in editing software testing the time to kill (TTK) of the Maddox RFB with the operator mod (Echo Fire) equiped.
The frames per second used causes some room for error so i encourage anyone to do their own testing however it does give some valuable insights in to optimizing your performance.

The Maddox is either a 5 shot kill up close or a 6 shot kill up to any range. The Echo Fire essentially makes it shoot out 2 bullets at once followed by a short delay.

The TTK I found were :
The Maddox without echo fire
5 shot kill range = 375ms
6 shot kill range = 460ms

The Maddox with echo fire
5 shot kill range = 360ms
6 shot kill range = 362ms

I was very surprised by the 6 shot kill TTK of the Maddox with echo fire. The 2nd bullet shoots out so fast that it has almost an identical TTK at all ranges.

After this I tested the recoil of the weapon with and without the operator mod.
(See picture on top of the post)

The bullets on the right came from the Maddox with Echo Fire and the the bullets on the left came from the Maddox without Echo Fire (note in both patterns I did not attempt to control my recoil)
The recoil increased vertically however it did not increase horizontal recoil which makes it very controllable by pulling down just a bit more than normal.

The operator mod makes the Maddox arguably the best weapon in the game however it is rarely used by anyone. The operator mod will cost you 3 out of your 10 class setup slots. On the Maddox you basically need optics due to the poor iron sights. The Maddox also benefits greatly from quickdraw 1 and 2 and from stock. Equiping all these attachments and a Stim Shot unfortunately leaves you no room for perks.

Not having scavenger can be fixed by choosing Crash or picking up weapons, not using dexterity and dead silence leaves you lacking.

There is a wat to fix these issues however I will not discuss it here since it requires a glitch
