I wouldnt touch this card without gloves, you need a deep cleaning of that thing before you plug it in and it starts blowing shit in your house. Shorter pin is by design
The one pin is normal, but does the GPU work fine? I’d clean the pins with some isopropyl.
Clean it with rubbing/isopropyl alcohol with some q-tips or a microfiber cloth.

Clean it with alcohol and make sure you wash your hands after going to the bathroom in the future. Lol
Might be rust?
Is your room humid? Do you smoke?
Maybe get a dehumidifier
Normal wear and tear imo. Use IPA and a q-tip to clean it. You’re all good. One of the pins near the top is short, but it should still work fine if its inserted all the way correctly.
It’s the blood of a Taiwanese worker sacrificing himself to bless these GPU’s.
It’s just gpu poop, totally normal. They don’t get the hang of potty training for the first hundred hours of operation.
Pencil eraser and be gentle. It will usually come right off. If it doesn’t, time to break out the Isopropyl and cotton swabs, or Alcohol pads like they use in medicine work great as well.
Make sure the isopropyl alcohol you use for cleaning is 80%+, 100% is preferable.
For 120 you could get 2060 or 1070 ti. Much better card
