No idea what sagv does, nothing online either. There was one reddit post, but it isn't very clear, especially how it'll affect a 4800mhz ram.
Trying to squeeze out performance. Will disabling sagv help?

SAGV is used for power saving, so when you want your laptop to stay on for longer with light tasks, you want to enable it and turn it to disable, why is the selection so weird?
