I was doing some benchmarking and found out that I'm completely unstable with prime95. I've been running 5.4 p cores and 4.3 ecores for a while now and have never seen over 70 degrees while gaming. I reset to "optimized" defaults which instantly failed the benchmark as well. I tried going all the way down to 5.2 p cores, and failed too. Per the screenshots/info below, am I missing something here? Is prime95 just outdated or too hard on the chip? Obviously I don't want to be unstable but I've been running games fine for over a year now.

I would be looking at your memory. Turn XMP off (if it’s on) and try running P95
Edit: if it fails with XMP off try running memtest
