I adore Cyberpunk 2077, and I wanted to share my feelings about this game. Whenever I start a new playthrough, I always look forward to the prologue. I find it to be the most "cozy" part of the story. V, Jackie and the rest of the gang, all so wonderfully naive and optimistic about their futures as legendary mercs.
Once shit hits the fan with the heist going tits up, leading into Act 1, the whole story vibe starts to get quite bleak. Then, when I get around halfway through the game, I often find myself longing to the "good old days". When times were simpler.
As a result of this, I sometimes find myself losing interest in my current playthrough and as a result I just start a whole new character/run — just to experience those innocent first few missions again; squeezing every bit of side content out of the prologue in the process.
Does anyone else feel this way? Perhaps some tips to combat these urges? I've yet to complete Phantom Liberty because of this weird quirk of mine haha.

Narratively, I agree, but I kind of wish there was a way to skip to the post-heist part of the game when starting a new game.
I have been experiencing the exact same thing. I have done around 6 or 7 full completions of the game since launch, but perhaps 20+ half play throughs.
I always seem to trail off around the parade mission, then end up starting all over again.
