Thats a scam, mate
Open your steam authenticator and remove all authorized devices, enable faceid. This should kick him off and have to re enter your password. I would also change your password, not completely needed but extra security. Have you logged into any gambling sites or trading sites recently?
Can you share the whole messages ?
Don’t panic as it’s fake, nothing will happen to your account. They can edit your profile to make it seem like something is wrong. Also if you open a ticket. They can auto cancel tickets sent to valve. Just reset password and kick all devices from steam
