Haven’t had issues with Gigabyte’s motherboards.
I had a fan go out on my MSI gpu but I took the heatsink off put some bearing grease on the fan shaft and it’s good as new.
And ASRock looking tastey rn…

I’ve been ASUS all my PC lifetime over like 7 years and I’ve never had any issues. I even just built a pc last week with an ASUS MB and GPU and it works like a dream.
Guess I’m just lucky.

I bought one of their tablets back in the day when they made android tablets. The touch screen stopped working. Sent it in for repair. They literally pried the screen off, broke it, then sent me a bill for a broken screen (the touch failed and was under warranty). I’ll never touch them again.

In my experience the only way to have something repaired without it being broken more is if you do it your self. Cant trust any organisation to actually fix anything.

Bought an ASUS laptop, was the worst experience I’ve ever had, for starters their drivers don’t work at all, and if you try to reinstall WIndows or a different OS it’s a nightmare and problems arise, ffs you can’t even install win11 because the damn thing requires you to be online and the internet drivers don’t work! I’ve never seen anything like that lmfao It’s like it is designed to use as is and ANYTHING you need send it to their repair service. Needless to say I returned that crap.

Why don’t I get this meme?

I can gladly say I’ve never purchased an Asus product. Mainly because I’ve always felt like they are overpriced due to brand hype

I’ve always used ASUS Prime motherboards and always had good experiences with their products. Sucks that their customer support is absolutely trash.
Anal_Probe_Director
I just bought a motherboard from them.
Djghost1133
The products I’ve had from them have been great but it’s been pretty open that their support is atrocious. Good stuff but you better hope it doesn’t break
