Go to the home screen, hit start and quit the app then re-open it
My husband and I both had this. PS4? Restore license first. **Select (Settings) > [Account Management] > [Restore Licences]**. If content you’ve downloaded from PlayStation™Store or add-on content fails to start, this might fix the problem. copy and pasted that for speed.
If you have multiple users on the playstation are you using the main account? If not and restoring licenses doesn’t work, delete game, go to main account on it and download it there
