After they screwed me with a mobo rma, I told myself never again with asus.
I waited nearly 4 months for them to tell me they can’t figure out what’s wrong with the mobo, and that they dont have that model in stock for replacement. Instead they had me settle with the only mobo they had. A micro atx that had ddr5 ram. My mobo was ddr4 atx.
I was so mad and frustrated. I sold it at a loss and bought an msi mobo instead.
My experience with ASUS: the hardware was fine, but there came a point where ASUS armoury crate started to completely break my system. Having it installed with svm enabled caused a bsod on boot. Uninstalling it wasn’t enough because it still left rog live service installed.
Hardware is fine. Software and support are absolute trash.
