I hate those sandstorms, I can’t see shit. Sometimes they go on for days and skipping time often doesn’t work for the weather. It’s annoying.

I wish they let you manipulate the weather. I want rain more often because it fits the vibe of the city so well. And I’ve only ever seen one instance of acid rain and it got cut off immediately by starting the Sinnerman mission
