i have a dell optiplex i7 10700 with 32 gigs ram with gt 730 but it is been overheating the temps are b/w 80⁰C to 95⁰C on idle they should be in between 40⁰C to 60⁰C i have re applied thermal paste the fans are working. can the heatsink go bad 🤔idk please help me pcs and where i live are very expensive and i have saved up for an year to afford this pc 😞

Buy a proper HSF and connect it to the CPU fan header on the motherboard.
Use hwinfo64..
