my first list was flawed in 2 main ways
A. it was bias and opinionated (shocking, ik)
B. It was missing like 2 perks and all of IW.
so I decided to read the comments and make a new list! I listened to every IW jingle and holy they are BANGERS. if you dont like this list, blame the other redditors, not me. unfortunately it's little hard to tell which IW perk is which so I apologize.
