
At stock EXPO 6K MHz DDR5, the VDD goes below 1.35v frequently for both sticks, unless i bump it up to 1.39v manually and even then, it can still can go down to 1.32v but only for the top stick, I have resit and cleaned the pins for that stick twice with IPA. Is this voltage fluctuation normal?

Some more context/info.
HWInfo Polling rate for this was set at 100ms. CPU is 7950x3D, MB is MSI MAG x670E Tomahawk WiFi, RAM kit is G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo EXPO 32GB DDR5 Non ECC CL30 6000MHz (F5-6000J3038F16GX2-TZ5N).
Its RGB is disabled and its software is uninstalled since then. Gear Down mode for RAM is disabled. VSoC is set at 1.25V, mclk=uclk, fclk=2K MHz with VDDG IOD and VDDG CCD set at 1.1v. (all these to make it the system fully stable)
Any memory test and for the IMC with any tool always pass without errors (max RAM temps go up and around 50Cish in these times, i have an f ton of airflow in my case so no worries about that) but when i see the VDD of the DRAM especially on that single stick go down to 1.32v for that RAM speed, even below the EXPO spec for 6K MHz for a moment some times, i get a bit worried, especially for the discrepancy between the sticks.
And yes i have swapped the sticks at all RAM slots, the behavior is 100% consistent regardless for both sticks regardless the slot which i’ve test them.
Edit: PSU is Corsair AX1600i.
It’s does that because the PMIC has power saving features. So when it’s idle enough it will down clock and drops voltages.
