to be fair if he’s owned it for the 11 years it has been out that’s not nearly as much residue as I’d expect from someone who constantly smokes near their PC
PSA this card is 11 years old, a non smokers fans look bad as well if you never clean your PC
Clean your GPU guys.
No joke my 2080 super was hitting 85°C playing Warhammer 3 on the Lowest settings.
Spent one hour cleaning the card, including wiping the fans with cotton buds dipped in rubbing alcohol and applying some new thermal paste and the card temps came down by 20°!
Now the card sits comfortably at 65° on high settings.
Saved me a lot of money.

I clean my pc and I refuse to go down 3 lots of stairs just to go have a smoke
isnt that just skin dust lol regardless of smoke?
I don’t get how people can smoke inside. I’m a heavy smoker, but i go outside to smoke. The residue collects everywhere.

Not defending smoking, but as a smoker of 20 years… my PC has never looked like this. Maybe if they smoked right next to it and never cleaned it for 10 years, sure.
