Can the mors really beat the Katt in my screenshot of my build?
Which is the better sniper. I've only just started using it/unlocking all attachments. but it just doesn't feel right and I'm not getting the same hits that I would be getting with katt. What am I doing wrong?

Based on the bullet velocity the Moors is almost two times the BV of the Kat, having said that it’s difficult to get used to the way it fires and the 1 shot charge barrel .. but if you are long range sniping then the most important stat is BV and that’s where the Moors shines 🙂
Mors without the charge barrel but with the anti material slug ammo and tonne heavy barrel is going to have slightly less bullet velocity, in exchange for better ads speeds, no need to reload the mag, similar fire rate, and perfectly centered sight upon ads. The katt has like 5-10% more bullet velocity as its only pro.
With the charge barrel and anti material slugs, the mors has around 1500 BV, even faster ads, and even more damage. So long as you can adjust to the charge mechanic, it’s by far the best sniper for longer ranges.
Also, swap to the corio laz laser on snipers, better ads speeds, only losing the sprint to fire benefit which would only matter if you are hip-firing your sniper out of a sprint. You should also use high velocity not high grain on the katt. Damage range does not matter at all, since it it a 1 shot to the head at all ranges, and 2 shots anywhere in the body at all ranges. The extra bullet velocity is more important
