  1. yeah laws is the way, kinda like what korea is doing , is not going to stop it, but it would help a lot

  2. Cheating not going kill FPS Industry…but will kill FPS PVP i agree on. Like i can boot up Rainbow Six Extraction (A game Devs failed even when it was good and fun) and play it for 1-3 hours but normal Siege i play till i expect a cheater (so about 1-3 games before i quit)

  3. Lmao calling out the shitty current gaming industry i love these vids fr glad to hear some one with an opinion who understands its bs to out up with this from billion dollar companies

  4. On the topic of anti-cheat solutions, privacy and what-not. Any chance you'll address Ubisoft's refusal to enable Battleye support for Linux on Siege?
Ubi has yet to give out a concrete "no", only that they're looking into the feedback. The community's been asking for years at this point, and so far nothing has come of it

  5. Ye ngl tac shooters fell off to me, I don’t find them appealing anymore cus they’re supposed to be all “tactical” and not kinda brain dead but then I get one tapped by the enemy Reyna for the 300th time (im aware this is a massive cope and skill issue) and think “damn, maybe this game isn’t as fun as I thought.” I guess this is more of a complaint about fast time to kills because any game with one taps means you’re going to encounter aim gods, and maybe I just got unlucky, running into good aimers too many times in a row, but that’s just not fun to me. So basically now all I play is guilty gear and roguelikes.

They should make a fistful of frags tac shooter that would be good maybe 🤤.

Anyways despite my dislike for tac shooters your content is still fun to watch because like, idk how to describe it, but you’re just kinda iconic to me. Like “oh yeah it’s that one rainbow 6 dude that has cool based opinions and stuff.” I mostly agree with your takes even tho my r6 knowledge is kaput at this point and even if I knew stuff I’m like gold so it doesn’t even matter. Also just the way you talk is entertaining to me for some reason. Yap yap yap, anyways, tldr ur videos good and cool but I hate tac shooters 🙂

  6. I've only seen 1 cheater so far in valo, and they got banned within minutes.

Loaded up r6 the other day, after about a year of not playing, and saw what felt like a nonstop ban wave of cheaters.

  7. I appreciate how you pulled multiple recent stories into this conversation, especially invoking Hi-Fi Rush, Tango Gameworks, and the many other studios that were axed by Microsoft.

  8. I love watching you yap, G. Good background noise while I game.

As for the FPS genre issue, I haven't really touched an FPS recently. I've mainly been playing more single player titles recently and even going outside and touching grass is more fun to me right now. Currently playing the GameCube Classic: Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door

  9. Oh my, I havne't been here in a while and it shows. Hope you're doing well on the other aspects, G.

  10. Cheaters have ruined this season for me man i logged on a couple weeks ago and lost 112 elo ive given up dude

  11. AI assisted anti-cheat will be the future. Kernel anti-cheat goes as far as the PC it’s installed on. A simple Raspberry PI or Arduino can bypass that by making a connection to another computer. Hell, even cheaters will use AI to help them make hacks. Why shouldn’t we also use AI to assist anti-cheat?

But right now, it only seems like cheating will get worse. Now would be the time for PvE shooters to be released. I just finished Rainbow Six 3, and it has a great single player campaign. I’m also surprised by how much Siege took inspiration from the first few Rainbow games. If only Ubi would make a proper PvE Siege standalone game.

  12. At this point the best way to avoid majority of cheaters would be to play on console and yes I understand xim is on console I’d rather fight that than some fatherless aimbot cheater.

  13. Not gonna lie big dawg, the fucked mic audio made me leave the video less than halfway through. The mic pops outright hurt.

  14. A bit short but had people tell me why you comming just play ranked bro this is standard no need tryhard. I told them it’s literally a competitive game. And then ignored

  15. Damn. This might be the first brutally honest video about the state of siege I've seen. No sugar coating, no dancing around the issue. You cut straight into it and that's why you are hands down the best R6 YouTuber

  16. sorry to tell you greg but closet cheaters are a very real thing in val and that black market million dollar industry exist for val as well. only difference is accessibility

  17. I love the siege videos, but I wish you could just be freed from it being seen as your "core brand identity" or whatever at this point. I really enjoy you and what you bring to your videos rather than just enjoying them for the game you talk about. I'm glad to see you starting to get that opportunity with Couch Co-Op.

  18. I still love this kind of content considering it's an FPS Related opinion and the state of them. It really makes you look at the bigger picture of options that we have and why both are bad.
