Don’t you get it after whole songbird thing is over. Your quest list on right shows ‘Dog eat Dog’. How do you have that before completing phantom liberty?

How are you able to use the Blackwall quickhack on multiple targets? I know you popped Overclock, but what I mean is when I do it, I can only cast it on one target. It can spread, but I can never manually do it more than once and never while a cast is still in effect.

This looks cool but against actual opponents like maxtac, its less potent than a build that runs with synapse burnout. The rippler is the key to a good synapse burnout deck btw.
