Saw a post earlier about a pitfall patch from Activision. This was the one I got back in 1984 for Trailblazers on the intellivision. Had to yell to dad to get that camera into the living room to take the picture. I will have to check and see if dad still has that old photo .
I wonder how many of these kinds of patches Activision actually put out there at the time.

Back when unlocking an achievement was an analog process.
Game was Happy Trails not Trailblazers
