I dont like Songbird much, but i hate the government more. So i never side with Reed.

I always side with Reed because I have a huge man-crush on Idris Elba.

I didn’t even have to click the spoiler to know what this was.

First few playthroughs it spooked me. But now I’d kiss that ai robit on the lips if he’d let me.

^(I had to intentionally die to him a few times to get over the initial shock)

I had that same experience with that same door. I didn’t realize I had to hit both buttons, I thought the door would close at the last possible second, like every horror game loves to do.

Expecting the door to close made it even scarier for me when it didn’t, and I just stood there like a terrified idiot while the monster killed me.

I missed this because I chose Songbird, I wish we could all try it no matter the choice.

  7. Guess I’m one of the few that actually really enjoyed that mission sequence. I just love how drastice the change in vibe was; from spy games to Sci-Fi/Eldritch horror. I’m honestly not big on horror games, but I really like horror elements thrown into non-hirror games. Another example i can think of is with Warframe and the lore around the Man in the Wall.

  8. I thought this mission was very fun. Really cool change of pace in an interesting way imo

My favorite mission from the game. I’m gonna sold out Songbird just so I can play hide and seek with this robo-demon again.

I’ve done it like 2-3 times and I think it can only gets so much tense before you notice how dumb Cerebus is.

Save for some scripted scene, the thing is actually really dumb and has a really narrow field of view.

It can sometime get stuck at the places it shouldn’t be as well. If you know what sound cue to listen for, you can endlessly explore the bunker until you get bored.

My most favourite mission in the whole game.

Yeah it’s not fun at all it was just stressful and seriously irritating sometimes

It just feels rushed and out of place, I can understand change of pace but this just doesn’t feel right man it feels like trial and error

  13. I hope I missed the /s somewhere because damn some people are soft.

I realy liked it. It was a sudden change of genre and it was actualy scary. It reminded me of Alien Isolation. Another exellent horror game made by people that have nothing to do with horror. I feel like CDPR wanted to weet their feet in the genre, maybe for future projects.

  15. MrCrowfeathers

Once your realize the AI robot is actually blind and dumb as a bag of rocks the mission just turns into a snooze fest.

  16. Wellhellob

Mini alien isolation. That part very well done but not gonna be everyone’s cup of tea.

I was on the fence the first time I did it but subsequent times I did this mission it was really good fun, banking on previous experience. The whole ‘descending into hell’ metaphor really contrasts nicely with the ‘fly to the moon’ from the other story branch.

i have played enough survival horror games to navigate this without getting to stressed out. i thought it was kinda fun haha

Simple question – is the Erebus or Canto actually worth betraying SoMi for? They are fun to use, but I found I didn’t like them as much as other gear.
