I have the perk I’m trying to maximize the chance to go into furry state my cyberware is at 246/250 and any cyberware I try to use that would send me into the red says I’m unable to use it effectively. I’m confused because my technical ability is at 20. Can someone please help me

I thought fury was a perk so your cyberware limit wasn’t needed cos it kicks in wen ur going full V on some wraiths n the like

Your over capacity from ur picture – you can’t go above that, but with other cyberware n shards, you can raise it, but u will still not go above the limit that’s set.
Your limit is 250, your at 246. You can’t install anything else that’s more than 4. You don’t exceed your total limit, it just increases your total limit but that red part is counted as over capacity
if you want to go into furry state you have to install the exotics mod
So it automatically creates a bad dragon account for V?
See the yellow bars? That’s your ‘normal’ cyberware capacity – without the Edgerunner perk.
Getting the perk raises your max CC to 250. See the red bars? That’s all the cyberware points above your ‘normal’ amount – in this case, you have 32 points above normal, which is allowed by the Edgerunner perk. You cannot exceed 250, and you’re at 246. That means you can put a total of 4 more points of cyberware in.
The ‘fury’ state you mentioned is cyberpsychosis, and iirc is activated when three conditions are met: you have the Edgerunner perk, you have cyberware ‘in the red’ (like you currently do), and the random chance for it to activate in combat occurs.
In other words: go fight a bunch of shit and stay in combat as long as possible, it’ll happen eventually. For my lvl 60 build it’s about every 3-4 fights.
I hate it tbh. Like why does my sanity make electricity shit out of my chest and kill people involuntarily? I feel like if that much electricity is coming out of me, I’d be fried.
I wish I could go beyond the limit, I WANT THE SMOKE! GIVE ME THE CYBERPSYCHOSIS
The most frustrating part of this game imo are the cyberdeck capacity shards

To maximise your chances of getting the fury state, you need to reach the max cyberware limit and for you it’s 250. At the moment, it’s 246.
I think when you can max your cyberware limit to 250, you will get a 5% chance of getting into fury state.
For me, my max cyberware limit is 327 and I have managed to reach the limit with my implants. I am also level 60 and have all the skills.
Even though it says I have a 5% chance of getting into fury state, it doesn’t feel like that. Because I have realized I get it pretty frequently if I play like I am untouchable.
That is, if say I neutralized enemies quickly without getting shot, I have realized that the fury state tends to follow on 80% of the time.
That has been my experience though.
