Imagine showing off a game everyone hates just to release it exactly the same. MK1 got rushed for this garbage 😵‍💫

Clearly, the cash shop didn’t have enough stuff to sell.

Heartbreaking that this completely foreseeable disaster occurred

  4. Here’s an idea: let developers make good games and stop trying to wring blood from a stone by making demands to chase money-making trends.

Stop making shitty comic book games? Most people I know have been tired of the comic book shit since 2016. Maybe the lesson is to not cling to a dying horse for a decade.

I’m surprised they didn’t see this coming. I’m pretty sure public opinion on this game was negative ever since their first gameplay reveal.

And they will learn nothing, because the games as a service model is just to appealing to them.

I’m sure Hogwarts Legacy 2 will be try some of the same shit.

Does this mean we won’t be drowning in superhero everything soon?

Oh wow taking a shit and throwing it into a box didn’t make them billionaires. If only there were previous examples of other companies that did the same shit that lost a ton of money.

Suicide Squad was always going to fail as soon as they made every single item, costume into a MTX game. The corporate greed killed the game, not the developers. If they had just stuck to a reasonable pricing model, and made a game that audience’s wanted instead of the slop that it currently is, it could have been a good game.

Serves them right for releasing obvious trash

Is there one person at either WB or Rocksteady who has stood up and explained why they greenlighted this project in the first place? I don’t understand at all, even from a dumbass corporate profit perspective.
