All it needs to be good is not take a weapon slot. It being changed to a Specialist Weapon in BO3/4 would’ve been enough to make it as effective as it is unique
Bo1 version sucked ass due to low ammo count tbh, but in MWZ it’s one of the most powerful wonder weapons I’ve used (in my opinion).

The design is great indeed. Winter camo, little spherical counter and the front claws. The concept is also pretty funny, would have been three times better if the CIA agent attracted all the zombies, like a variant of the upgraded crossbow. But the VR11 is actually very strong in multiplayer, offering a short instakill bonus to a teamate by shooting at him, the one and only reason why the record is higher than solo.
