Four sticks running at 3600 MT/s. What exactly is the question?
Looks like generic 3600 CL18 to me. Slow but serviceable.
The real question is why do you have the 5600X underclocked to 4.2GHz? That chip has a 4.6GHz boost clock and can reach 4.75-4.8 with PBO tuning.
