I tried both 16:10 and 4:3 and the issue persists… All windows were minimized when opening CS. My screen is 3200×2000 so im guessing its an aspect ratio issue? If anyone knows any way to fix this it would be greatly appreciated

Windows is notorious for “windows size” bugs when using multiple monitors with weird resolutions, I use 2 sometimes 3 monitors everyone is different res. and it happens sometimes but I usualy use windows key + p to change monitors and it fixes itself, I recommand using only main monitor while playing cs2 and playing fullscreen.
