    Monitor or gpu ideally test with another computer or just say goodbye to this one and get something modern.

    gt 1030 was never intended for gaming. was intended just to get video output to a monitor.

    your motherboard can 100% take a 4090. any modern gpu will work with your motherboard. it your case or power supply that is the limiting factor.
