Hey Everyone,
Trying to figure out if my 13900k is defective or if I need to change BIOS settings. From my understanding a 13900k should hit 5.5ghz all core boost with Intel default settings.
My current processor does not seem to hit that. I have the following set
LLC – Auto (Level 3) Tried 4 as well
AC/DC – 253 Intel Limit
Amps – 300A
SVID is Trained behaviour right now
Cores go from 5.3-5.4 but do not sit at 5.5
I am not temp throttled but it says power limit in HWInfo

Because you’re power limited. You will not hit 5.5 Ghz at a 100% load with a 253W power limit.
If you want to hit 5.5 Ghz, you need to increase the power limit beyond 253W at the expense of more heat and higher current.
