It’s been 30 years and Microsoft still hasn’t understood the lecture of Clippy wasn’t that Clippy wasn’t good enough at what it does – it should have been that people just don’t need or want a Clippy of any sort. AI won’t help solving problems if the problem itself isn’t identified correctly.
