    Maybe you’ve overload ur cyberware ? It’s seems like it’s on cooldown tho

    Overclock. You can use more ram but it costs health.

    Turns you into a Hacking God. Once you have the perk unlocked.

    And Waaaaaaaay to much fun with smart machine guns once that tree is maxed out. Makes your guns become incinerating machines.
