
As l'm sure everyone knows there's been a lot of talk about instability issues with the newer 13th and 14th gen i7s-i9s. I've heard that a lot of it is motherboard manufacturers setting the voltage too high for the CPU and practically cooking it. I've had my 13900k for about 3 months now and so far it hasn't had any issues, although I'm just wondering if am slowly cooking it and should turn down some settings? don't know much about what I'm looking at here though so figured l'd ask

You’re looking at “auto” mode at full force. Nothing is manually set
i am wondering as well with my 12700k but i am using ddr4. make sure your psu 12v rail stays at that setting…that is not providing the full 12v amps using the psu.
I left my voltages alone, but just changed my long duration/short duration power limits (and my CPU current) and it stabilized my system.
253 w for both long and short duration limits and 307 A for the CPU current limit works perfectly for me, but as soon as I undervolt, my rig cries (oddly enough, only if I undervolt in the BIOS, undervolting with IXTU is stable, but I dont want to keep the program running)
