Yea I would get either a shell up higher for the tower or a shelf underneath for it. Not even sure how you can use the mouse with this setup currently. Move the tower somewhere, and it will be a nice little setup you got.

Put the pc on the floor or a shelf or something. You need the limited place for the mouse and better ergonomics.
