You’d want a either a B760, a Z690, or a Z790 board, depending on what features you want (it’s a locked CPU so you won’t be able to overclock)

Depends on your budget, but I’d recommend getting an AM5 motherboard for upgradeability and a ryzen 5 7600 or 7500f.

Edit: ignore all that, I didn’t see the second image. Consider a b660 or b760 board for value.

Anything LGA 1700 will work since it’s only a 12th gen (doesn’t need a bios update)

I’d just go with a mid range b660m/b760m.

For motherboard, you need Intel 600 or 700 series. Just use pcpartpicker.com, and put in which CPU you have and then choose a motherboard based on what it says is compatible.

Be warned that if you are trying to re-use other components from the old system, many will not be compatible. You are going to need new RAM (DDR2 ain’t gonna cut it), and it’s likely your power supply will need to be replaced to ensure that it has all the right connectors for the motherboard and GPU, and also support the higher power draw of the new components (mainly GPU).
