As title says, I've started playing the game again after I finished it with the 3 origins, I have to say its a completely different game from launch its unreal, even now there is a random guy that just falls from the sky, I assume someone throws him off a roof! Does anyone know about him?

It’s a “random” encounter. There are a few in different parts of the map.
Some of them seem to be walking to close to a Russian window.

I get all the “suicide” responses, but I also think it’s just random npcs falling from higher street levels. Wind can get crazy in cities. I’ve been nearly blown over at intersections while riding my bike downtown, and a friend of mine saw a guy get blown off a bridge. It would be even more intense in Night City since it’s surrounded by a barren wasteland (no wind breaks) and the buildings are all so tall.

Yeah I think it’s just a random scripted event, not the same guy or anything, tends to happen all over the city. Just like the car bombings.
