Slowly getting used to not having a context sensitive button to aid me and actually having to use talk/use/give commands to progress. It certainly makes things tougher to figure out.

I put right over 380 hours into this one. For some reason my completionist nerve itches hard for the DQ series. I probably put half again as many hours in VIII, but this one is probably my favorite in the series.

I don’t know what you mean by context sensitive button, you can use the same button to talk to people, smash pots, pick up items, etc. Think it was Triangle?
