At Level 60, there is no such thing as “Very Hard”, and almost every build is “Broken”.

If you don’t have a broken build by lvl60 then you just played wrong.
I really like their skills and skill tree system, but it is pretty intuitive. So I feel like you have to try to not have a broken build by the time you are max level.

Its harder to be weak at lv60.
Good builds make you op before 30.
Very hard is only a problem until lv 10 depending how fast u get good chrom.

Personally my favorite build for dealing with bosses is just powering through phantom liberty to get the Quantum Tuner, Chrome Compressor, Kreznikov, Cockatrice Eyes, ballistic coprocessor, a shit ton of armor and then going through main story to get and side questing for Johnny’s pistol. If you build your perks right and don’t fuck your aim up, you can pretty much 1 to 2 tap anything as long as you aim for the head. It’s really more of a cowboy build. If you’re using amnesty or the other cowboy revolver I forget the name of, that’ll probably work better too.
