    **It’s Worldwide Giveaway time!** 

    We’ve partnered with ASUS ROG to give some very lucky PCMR members some awesome hardware, and have some fun while at it! This is a 4 week-long event. Every week a new thread will be posted.

    To enter, you will need to [download GPU Tweak III](https://www.asus.com/campaign/GPU-Tweak-III/) and follow the instructions in this post. This software is by ASUS but it’s compatible with every desktop GPU brand, and will also work on laptops with dedicated GPUs of any brand.

    We have 2 main prizes:

    An ASUS ROG STRIX RTX 4080 SUPER OC Edition 16GB Graphics Card.

    An AMD bundle with the ASUS TUF Gaming RX 7900 XT OC Edition 20GB Graphics Card + an AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D CPU.

    **HOW TO ENTER**

    For this week, the theme is **Monitoring**.

    Whether you’re using the mobile view with your smartphone, enabling OSD for real-time stats in game, or using the plug-in feature, show us how you’re accessing and/or tweaking data in real-time with GPU Tweak III.

    **To enter, all you have to do is comment with a photo or screenshot of how you’re using these monitor features.**

    It could be [a photo of your PC running any of these monitoring features](https://imgur.com/a/jU2YPBn).

    **RULES**

    There are two main prizes, one for each lucky winner:

    1st prize: ROG STRIX RTX 4080 SUPER OC Edition 16GB Graphics Card.

    2nd prize: AMD Gaming bundle (TUF Gaming RX 7900 XT OC Edition 20GB Graphics Card + an AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D CPU).

    To enter to win the main prizes, you must leave a comment in all the 4 event threads. You can comment in any of them until the end of the campaign, on May 13!

    In addition to the main prizes, 5 bonus prize (ROG Jenga) winners randomly from all participants who participated in at least 1 week of the campaign.

    Winners will be announced on May 17, 2024. All the event threads will be updated with their usernames, and they will be contacted by Reddit DM to get their details.

    All decisions on winners are final.

    This giveaway is open to residents of countries where giveaways and sweepstakes are legal, and aged 18 and over.

    I wasn’t going to take a photo, so a screenshot had to do. Also had to do this in window mode since, well, my 1080p monitor had to squeeze it all in. I had it running on two monitors, but then I would have to splice two screenshots. I played a bit with the OSD in-game, and to accommodate Assassin’s Creed: Origins I had to move it to the bottom-right corner. Having the capability to move the OSD is awesome, and I also like how you are enabled with what to view. As can be seen I have a power limit applied since this Radeon AMD Vega 64 can get a bit hot. All is shown, accurately.

    What can I say, it worked a treat. For anyone wanting to monitor their hardware, ASUS’s GPU Tweak III is pretty epic. It does what you want it to do, and you can customise it too to suit your on-demand needs. ASUS delivered exceptionally with this app, keep it up.

    So I used my RTX 3070 Ti for this one. It’s a pretty decent card, except for that VRAM XD. I noticed when I play The witcher 3 on RT ultra with a few settings tweaked, it would stutter and become laggy. So I kinda wanted to try it out on that. Raised the core clock by 100 MHz and the memory clock by 600 Mhz. Honest I am fairly new to GPU OC, haven’t OCd any of the GPUs I own/ed and I didn’t know by how much I could OC the card, so I went by small increments. I kinda noticed better performance and smoother frames but temps are higher than usual and that’s normal. And thank you for the opportunity team PCMR and ASUS.
