Tips for RAM OC

I've been getting into switch emulation again, and I've decided to upgrade from my 5600x to a 7800x3d (just waiting for mb to arrive tomorrow). People I've been talking to say tight timings are really important for emulation to bring up the 1% lows, a problem my current system struggles with. So, I found this kit of T-force 6000 30-36-36-76, and I was wondering how well I'll be able to overclock them. Not even sure what die this kit is. Does anyone have experience trying to oc this kit and what sort of limits I should expect? Also is base tm5 a good stress test or should I use something else?Kit sticker
