Yea I think I’m gunna go back to the H7 Flow now…
Fish tank cases are all the rage these days.
It’s hard to be unique with a build these days, particularly in LianLi or Hyte cases, as they’re insanely popular.
You pretty much have to build a custom loop and get a little funky with it in order to avoid looking exactly like a thousand other builds out there.
I went wood and black. It’s simplistic and meets my style.
Don’t forget the $3-350 in fans that they could have used to step up a tier in gpus.
So glad I went with a non-rgb mini ITX build! It’s just what I wanted. These types of builds do look cool but they’re not for me
One important factor to consider is the build posts are large part of just being proud of their accomplishment of building their PC. Not so much hey look how original my build is!!
PCMR in a nutshell:
Talk shit about a new, top tier, clean/cable free, build with great airflow using expensive components. Why? Because it looks too similar to the other top tier, clean/cable free, builds that use some variation of the limited/new high end components on the market.
Points them towards a more unique style of build.

Talk shit about a unique, lower tier, build using a hodgepodge of older components. Why? Because it’s not clean/too many cables, airflow is poor, and they left performance on the table.
Points them towards the components that lead to builds that all look the same.

As someone about to build an h9 with 10 lian li infinity fans, it’s just inevitable. It’s what my mind wanted, needed and will receive.
Its funny cause this post also feels like 90% of the memes posted in this sub. We cover this like once a week
