I'm continuously tinkering with my system and trying to fine tune it. The TumeSpy score is the highest I ever gotten out of it. Here's what I did:
Motherboard is an MSI Z790 Carbon; I disabled any TurboMode functions for the CPU, set an LLC of 7 and set the core multipliers manually to 53 for the P-Cores and 42 for the E-Cores.
Simply increased the Curve in Afterburner for the 4080 and tested all for stability in every game and app I own. No crashes.
How come windows TaskManager reads a 7 GHz CPU clock though??? And it varies too. Like before the tweaks I had 5.3 GHz fixed value, now this. Any ideas?
Thermals are great though!
I have a Fractal North case, NZXT AIO (240mm) and the common fan setup of two intakes in the front, AIO is top exhaust and a back exhaust fan.
GPU is about 60 degrees Celsius, CPU up to 75 degrees Celsius depending what I throw at it.

Task manager never reads correct clock speeds
