They sent me one for free years ago because I had YT premium. The unopened box made an excellent footrest during wfh pandemic.

Well at least the stadia controller is still usable. I think you can get the ouya working again too with some mods.

I got one of these for free for signing up for an Internet package or something. Immediately sold it on eBay for $40
I unknowingly picked up a Development version of the Stadia controller at Goodwill a number of years ago, it had this pre-made cut out on the left side of the shell and had a little ribbon cable that could come out of the side. Even had DEV printed on the back sticker of the controller too, and I dont know if it had the stadia logo on it yet, can’t check cause not at home, but it was interesting, it was a sort of minty green color too. I’ll definitely keep a hold onto it, and I agree that it is comfortable.

Hot take, stadia actually worked amazingly (assuming you had good Internet). The business model sucked though.
I remember when every mouth breather on here heralded this as the next gen of gaming, and how it would be a console killer.
It genuinely was an awesome service from a technical standpoint and the controller is awesome. 👍
