Went to work Sunday morning on zero sleep!

Sometimes I watch old replays of Warcraft III matches I played over a decade ago. I miss the times I was addicted to that game.
I would get home Friday afternoon after work and go straight to the PC and play until late Sunday night. My weekends were play, eat, sleep. By looking at the time each replay was saved, I can see I used to play 12 hours a day. I went to sleep when my hands stopped responding or I couldn’t find anybody else to play with. Or when the average level of the opponents was so low it wasn’t worth it.
During the day, I would look through the tiny space of the window I left open and see the world out there, and then the next match would be loaded, and I would go back to the keyboard. One night, I looked at the corridor from my bedroom and saw some light on the living room and thought I had left the light on. When I checked, it was actually the sun rising. Good times.

Late 90s early 2000s Channel 4 comedy in the UK was peak. So many great shows like Brass Eye, Black Books, Drop the Dead Donkey, Green Wing, Spaced, you could just go on and on.

Last game I pulled an all nighter for was Halo 2 on release. Went to the midnight, was only going to play until 2 to be up at 6 for work in the morning. Stood up all night, called out and did not regret it one bit.
