If possible turn on Hz metric from monitor and check if the panel really is running 270hz. Cs2 shows some resolution running 165hz for me but in reality it’s only 60hz.

does the same happen when you go down to 240hz? afaik 270hz is the overclock state.
try to uninstall the graphics drivers aswell and maybe use another port on your graphics card for your displayport

Check your refresh rate, both and in game and in your config set it to the highest value
