cs doesnt have bullet tracers or cool animations. yeah you can sell cs skins back but you lose 5% and the money is stuck on steam. a cool val skin that i know ill keep forevr just seems more worth. cs skins look battlepass
Not to necessarily defend riot's treatment of their devs/employees, but most of the valorant skin designing process are actually outsourced to other companies outside of the US etc, for example they outsourced to a company in Malaysia which I know some artist friends who worked on some skins. Hence why there are "Art Outsourcing" roles.
I don't get this mentality of CS players like Ohne, where they cry about Valorant skins in evey video. Dude if I have the money to buy that skin and love it, what's the harm? The skin you buy should give you enjoyment in game. You want to invest? Go buy some real estate. Robbery? CSGO was milked for ages by Valve while giving zero fucks to the community requests. Even now people are ditching Primer because the top 70-80 on the leaderboards players are cheaters. Like literally dogshit opinions. CS community used to be more serious than this when I used to play CS1.6. Now most people spend more time dissing Valorant than about the game itself lol
Im sorry. But Valorante doesnt have the same Kind of learning process. Because in CS all you have is the engine and grenades. The Community itself found out about such skills, such as nade lineups, Default Setups, gamestrats and so on. In Valorante this is not nearly the same. Yes, some "lineups" exist in Valorante as well but its more about learning "your" Agent and using those abilities. The Skill ceiling is very artificial and regulated by riot and this is what makes me stay in CS. I want to master CS and keep on track with the learning and dont want to have a new Agent released every then and there which adds new flashy colorful abilities to the game.
you say the skin are bad cuz they are 1 time and you cannot sell them, but does that make the cs boxes good? people who gamble their savings, is that good?
after getting spinbotted HvH in CS2 I'm starting to think that the overpriced skins in Valorant is just a subscription for a better anticheat and servers lmao
The one thing i ll say about valorant is that the fact that you have to upgrade your skins (wich also costs money) after you already spend money on the skin itself has to be one of the scummiest moves i ve ever seen in a game. Imagine paying 20 bucks on a skin that looked cool in the shop but all the animations and stuff are locked behind upgrades wich also cost money. Crazy
Here's a new experiment for you in CS2. The map is called 'Aim_Rush.' Pro-players will attempt to win against very strong bots. One versus 4 or 5 bots. Reload is enabled, bots have full armor. You need to win 13 rounds, as in competitive mode. If the bots reach 13 rounds first, it means the bots have won. Weapons include rifles, AWP, and more.
As a valo player, valo has lost the skin game. Sure the skins are objectively nicer, but the price is HOLY. Sure you dont have to spend 5000$ for a blue karambit, but the price for skins now are ridiculous. The Xerofang bundle is ridiculously high for so little item. At least with 10000$ knife you can sell it for 100$ back
my teammates in valorant literally trapped me on our spawn base while trashtalking me on mic they don't want me to play because its my first day playing valorant. tf you mean nice community.
What's really funny is that I've gotten the red screen twice the past week in gold elo in Valorant. Even though Valorant wasted my time, at least that's two more red screens than what CS2 has ever shown me.

You dont get the money back, there is a 20% fee on Steam… which is way over 30e for most knives. Get real

You should play valorant with duwap
bring back csgo
I like Valorant because of the women (or non binary) but Counter Strike, it is my hometown.
In Valorant, new players need Valorant University. In CS, new players need cheats

bro whatβs the numbers in face cam? seems like itβs something funny tbh idk why π
Abilities made Valorant a trash game, it would have been perfect without the abilities, just add interesting grenades instead.
