It’s weird that the 3090 is custom cooled, but the CPU is under an AIO.

OP have you worked with custom water before? This could be a hassle to maintain and a large hassle should something go wrong and you need to take it apart

I would replace that cooler with a nice box air cooler and sell the cooler. That setups cooling alone is worth an easy 100$ or more even used!!
