Was in csgo too. I think it’s latency cause you keep running longer on the server. But maybe once the server sends the client the info it might be outdated info and this would end in a delayed sound which could be worse.

doesn’t switching weapons also make noise in demos even tho you can’t hear it ? maybe it’s something similar and your enemy couldn’t hear it
