GPU usage spikes to like 85% as I get on unboxing Capsule screen, as soon as I close it and go back to inventory or main menu usage goes back to normal 20-30%. Same for anyone else? It feels like I hurt my GPU with unboxing stickers lmao

is this causing any real noticeable issue in game? if the only problem is just the number in task manager (or w/e) then its not really a problem

What the fuck, afraid of GPU hitting 100% usage? The heck… It’s meant to run at 100%, or you’re just wasting the hardware. As for why the spike in gpu usage, it’s nothing, just a GPU running to output as many frames as it can.

The gpu isnt hurt when running at 100%. If you are somehow afraid of that then better stop playing any games then tbh.

Try changing your main menu background to a different map, Warehouse is far bigger and has to render a lot more on the menu / case opening screen seemingly using more GPU

Change your scenery to dust2 and you will see magic happens. Useless devs that’s why
